Problem

In the summer of 2019, a client who served as the Managing Director of Enterprise Insurance entrusted Jacob West with a deeply personal project. She owned a house that had stood unoccupied for 10 years due to poor construction. The structure had bent walls, a weak foundation, and was built with substandard materials—making it unsafe and unlivable. She was unsure how to move forward and needed expert guidance to transform it into a proper home.

Solution

Jacob West stepped in to provide a fresh start. Our team redesigned, repurposed, and rebuilt the property from the ground up, ensuring it would meet modern safety and quality standards. The journey was emotional, as the client faced serious health challenges during the process. She was determined to see the project completed for her daughter’s future, and even when COVID-19 caused delays, we pushed forward with persistence and care.

Result

The house was completed in 2022, a safe, modern home that reflected both the client’s vision and Jacob West’s commitment to quality. That year, she moved in and joyfully celebrated Christmas with her family, finally realizing her dream. Sadly, she passed away in 2023. Yet the home she left behind stands as a cherished legacy for her family, a lasting reminder of her love and determination.
