In 2019, a Nigerian investor who had acquired prime land in East Airport sought to transform his vision into reality. The structure had already been raised, but he faced a major challenge: he did not trust the team initially managing the project to deliver the finishing. He believed they lacked the design eye and professional expertise needed to elevate the development into a high-quality investment. His problem was clear—he needed someone in Ghana with the vision, technical knowledge, and precision to execute a world-class finish.

Solution

The client turned to Jacob West to take on the design and finishing of the project. Our team developed a full finishing concept within a set budget and timeframe, ensuring clarity and efficiency from the start. We crafted five elegant apartments, ranging from two to four bedrooms, each with well-planned boys’ quarters. To position the development as a premium investment, we integrated luxury amenities such as a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and stylish finishes tailored to mid-to-upper income lifestyles. Despite the global disruption of COVID-19, we remained committed and kept the project on track.

Result

By December 2021, the project was completed successfully. The apartments now stand as a statement of refined living, combining modern design with premium amenities. Beyond aesthetics, the development functions as a thriving investment, generating steady rental returns for the client. For him, it was more than just finishing apartments—it was about creating a sustainable asset and realizing his vision at a higher standard than he had initially imagined.
