Michael Kyei-Ayensu, the founder of Jacob West Ltd, brings over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for property consulting to the real estate industry. With a career that began in the UK and now flourishing in Ghana, Michael has established himself as a visionary leader and adept property adviser and developer.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
– 2002: Michael’s journey into real estate began in London, UK, after earning a BA in Business Studies. He worked for Grays Inn Estates-Leasehold Property Management in London Kentish Town, where he developed a passion for the industry.
– 2003-2010: As the director of Kyei Property Services, Michael bought, sold, and managed properties, gaining a reputation for his expertise and dedication in the property sector.
2012: Michael founded Jacob West Ltd, a property development company in Accra, Ghana. Though the company was officially formed in 2012, it has been in operation since 2016
– 2023: Michael expanded his business by launching Jwest Construction Hub, a subsidiary of Jacob West Ltd. Jwest Construction Hub is a building merchant store providing construction materials such as cement, wood, iron rods, water, sand, and stone to the local market.
PRESENT ROLE
As the Founder and CEO of Jacob West Ltd, Michael oversees the acquisition of new projects and the company’s expansion in Accra, Ghana. He is committed to exploring new ideas and technologies to position Jacob West as an industry trendsetter.
