Jacob West was contracted for this project for structure only. In this project, the client had his own architectural and structural designs. The deliverables for this project were a property for residents and a property for rental income.

Location: East Legon Hills, Accra, Ghana
Initially, the idea was to construct one of the two units to completion in order to self-fund the second unit. Later on, that method changed, and we then constructed two foundations at the same time.
Project Overview
Given that the main gutter was situated next to the site, we had to consider the position of the building against ground rain water.
As this area was new and still developing, theft was quite common.
One fully completed structure and the second foundation up to window level.
