Project Overview
Development Project
The client hired us to build her dream home for her family. Although she had no idea of what the design should be, she needed guidance with budgets and an understanding of the costs associated with this newly developed area. One of the major challenges for this project was that this newly developed area was suffering from high rates of waterlogging.
East Legon

Date : 11 June 2019
Location : East Legon-Nmai dzorn, Accra, Ghana
Due to the fact that the land was sitting on wet land, we used pre-stressed beams to construct the foundation and the first floor slab. The roof was a mixture of concrete and roofing steel sheets. The building benefited from large windows which allowed a lot of light within the internal spaces.
All bedrooms came with en-suites and the carport for two cars. Given that the property was sitting on 140x60ft land, we were able to build an external summerhouse and house.
Project Overview
The time taken for construction was much faster due to the pre-stressed (fastflow) method being used.
Extracting surface water and underground water whilst constructing at the same time.
Fully completed property tastefully finished.
