The client’s brief was to carry out finishing work to create a rental property of international standard.

Project Overview
The team were tasked with assisting with the completion of the building and carrying out the finishing work. Extensive work had to be carried out on the ground floor, housing two two-bedroom apartments. In addition to this, work was carried out on the three-bedroom en-suite apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Jacob West did not carry out the construction of the building yet unfortunately, we found ourselves in the position wherein we had to amend some of the work that had been carried out previously. This included work carried out on the roof, doors, chiseling in preparation for the electrical cables, plumbing and glazing work. It was upon completion of this work we were then able to carry out the finishing work we were originally contracted to do.
Another challenge we faced was as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, this caused our work to come to a halt temporarily as well as affected our ability to procure materials from overseas.
Delivery of a charming and classy four-storey rental apartment with an IT suite, gym and outdoor pool.
