Jacob West was contracted for this project for structure only. In this project, the client had his own architectural and structural designs. The deliverables for this project were a property for residents and a property for rental income.

Given that the main gutter was situated next to the site, we had to consider the position of the building against ground rain water.
As this area was new and still developing, theft was quite common.
